As individuals we each bring our unique skill set, but on the whole, we encourage our employees to engage in all aspects of Web Operations: Strategy, Governance, Execution and Measurement. Ideal candidates must be able to communicate with those who work in the technical and business trenches of Web development, but at the same time have the ability to see the "big picture."
